What AdSuite does

AdSuite applies rules you configure to advertising accounts you connect, and records what it did. It can pause ads and — only when you explicitly enable it — increase budgets within the limits shown in the interface.

What it will not do

AdSuite will not activate a paused campaign. That is enforced in the software, not just promised here.

Your responsibilities

• You must be entitled to act on any ad account you connect.
• You remain responsible for your advertising, your budgets, and compliance with the ad platform's policies and any regulation that applies to what you advertise.
• You set the target CPA. A wrong target produces wrong decisions, and the decision log will show you exactly which.

Availability and liability

We work to keep AdSuite running, but it depends on third-party APIs we do not control. We are not liable for advertising outcomes, for spend, or for lost profits. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Billing

Flat monthly fee, in advance, cancellable at any time from your billing page. We never charge a percentage of advertising spend. Cancelling stops future charges; we do not refund part-months.

Ending it

You can disconnect any account or close your account at any time. We may suspend an account that is being used unlawfully or that puts our platform access at risk.
